Setting up your Initial consultation appointment

If you would like to set up your first consultation appointment, you are welcome to contact me by email or by filling out the Contact Form on this website. You can also contact me by phone or text (SMS or WhatsApp).

To protect your privacy, it is recommended not to include any confidential or personal information about your health in the Contact Form. Please note, sending an E-mail or the Contact Form does not constitute any contractual or commercial obligations on either side. Therefore, the contact form is to be understood as an inquiry, the appointment is only considered agreed upon confirmation. Incoming Contact Forms and emails will be processed within a few days and therefore are not suitable for urgent matters.

The first appointment usually lasts about 60 minutes. It is designed as an introductory session and should allow enough time to discuss the key topics. In this meeting, we will try to identify together what is the situation you are facing, what kind of psychological assistance you may benefit from and align the expectations from the process going forward. Some clients find it difficult to talk about certain topics in their first meeting, hence it is quite common to have more than one session to cover the fundamentals.

In case of emergency

Please note:

Sometimes people who in the state of emotional suffering or are under the stress need emergency help. If you are in a crisis or have suicidal ideation, or if you believe that someone is in danger of harming yourself or others, or in a life-threatening emergency, it is important to take appropriate and immediate action. You can / should call to crisis center, notify local law enforcement, and / or take the person to the emergency room.
